MAHONEY HOUSE WISH LIST

The Mahoney House appreciates our generous community - you always come through when we have a need. This is a place where we will post wish list items. Please feel free to call us at (208) 756-3146 if you have any questions and check back periodically for updates.

Here is our wish list for general office supplies:

  • Copy paper/ colored copy paper
  • Legal pads
  • Laptops

The Mahoney House provides "Comfort Bags" to local law enforcement to offer comfort to children involved in domestic violence situations. These bags are filled with a baby-sized blanket, a very small toy or stuffed animal, a coloring book and crayons and a toothbrush and travel toothpaste. Community members have donated beautiful hand-crafted bags equipped with a drawstring to ensure the goodies inside do not spill out. Here are the items we are in need of for the Comfort Bag Program:

  • Tooth brushes and travel toothpastes

TMH also gives "Hygiene Bags" to individuals who do not have basic toiletries. These bags have an array of full-sized hygiene products. Here are the items we are in need of for the Hygiene Bag Program:

  • Shampoo and Conditioner
  • Razor and Shave Cream
  • Women’s deodorant
  • Comb and Brush
  • Bar of soap
  • Wash Cloth or loofa
  • Lotion
  • Chapstick
  • Toothpaste and Toothbrush
  • Cloth bags approximately 10" x 12"
